Course numbers relate to relative difficulty with 1000-2000 level classes as introductory and 3000-4000 intermediate to advanced.
Business Courses
MKT 4270-International Marketing
Studied the marketing from the international point of view. Emphasize the modification of marketing thinking and practice for foreign markets due to individual environmental differences.
MKT 3030-Marketing and Society
Explored global challenges at the intersection of marketing and society. Emphasize the societal impact of marketing decisions and practices. Topics include ethics, materialism, globalization, environmental sustainability, the political and economic philosophy underlying marketing, and topical issues that arise in relation to society and marketing.
MKT 3020-Consumer Behavior
Examined selected individual and group behavioral science concepts and their application to the understanding of consumer decision making.

MGT 3030-Global Business
Provided a survey of the global environment, institutional differences, and concepts in doing business internationally. Topics include foreign direct investment, international trade, and the role of businesses and their stakeholders in the evolving global economic integration.

Overviewed management's role as a factor of economic production. Functions of management, principles of organization, and behavior in organizations.
ECON 3140-Intermediate Microeconomics
Provided a analytical study of basic concepts of value and distribution under alternative market conditions.
ECON 3020-Money and Banking
Considered he function of money and banking in both the product and financial markets. Special emphasis is placed on monetary theory and current problems of monetary policy.
ECON 2120-Principles of Macro
Overviewed the fundamental economic principles are applied to the study of aggregate economic performance. Topics include the forces determining the rates of inflation, unemployment, and economic growth, with particular emphasis on the influence of fiscal and monetary policies through financial markets.
ECON 2110-Principles of Microeconomics

ELEC 0001-Legal Environment and Business Law

ANTH 3999-Food and Culture in Spain
Examined the relationship between food practices and cultural identities in Spain. This course explores traditional and contemporary Spanish cuisines, their social and historical contexts, and how food influences and reflects cultural values and regional differences within Spain.

SPAN 4420-Translation Seminar
Focused on the theory and practice of English-Spanish translation. Learned the multi-faceted skills of translators, essential concepts in translation, and the professionalization and ethics of translation in the English-Spanish language pair.

Examined modern Hispanic culture's social, political, economic, and artistic dimensions. The course explores various manifestations and trends shaping contemporary Hispanic societies.
